My aunt had a pattern for her spin cycle....and they were not appliqued on. She sewed the blocks with the contrasting fabric. I told her I just loved the quilt and it should be mine!! :thumbup: :thumbup:

The Minnesota hotdish is from a book called Minnesota Hotdish. I have made at least 3 quilts from this book and I know my mom has made at least one, so I have definitely gotten my money's worth. I would consider a swap for this book though.....

They are all very beautiful. I really like the floral fabric on the 3rd quilt. What pattern is that one? It's my favorite!!
