Edited to say our ages range from 40 to 90
We have a group of ladies, ranging in age from 30s to 90s, who meet in our church fellowship hall every Tuesday for four or five hours. Some quilt, some work on crafts, others just visit and enjoy the fellowship. There are some fantastic quilters always willing to show how it's done. They were the ladies who inspired me to make my first quilt.

We have many mission projects. Yesterday we worked on making 300 pairs of shorts for the Shoebox ministry.

Great idea on the class! There are so many younger women who are interested in quilting.

Me too! Maybe we need to be the ones to start this, but since I'm a beginner, I wouldn't want to.

You are a blessing to the group and being blessed with new quilting friends in the process. How wonderful!
