    Babeegirl you have erased my question. I was going to ask if the quilting lines were marked. It seems so perfect to be just meandering like that. Those stitches are gorgeous !! Another question: Does the quilter just hold the quilt in her lap and hand quilt or does she use a hoop. I am so awkward with a hoop. :lol:

    I'm using a big wooden hoop I got at a thrift store. It's almost too big to handle. I think it's about 20 inches across.

    Sure, Judee! no rush though, I'm not starting that quilt until after Christmas.

    That's about the size hoop I have and I find it very awkward. I repeat, your quilting is amazing. :lol:
