Actually, this variation is slightly different. The original quilt has a band on each subsection (of three), while the quilt in the link has a single band on the group of 4 wedges. Not a major difference.

What a treasure! Very happy that you are handquilting this as it just seems fitting or proper for this particular quilt. Sure will be stunning when completed!
