Wonderful idea! How clever and what a wonderful and useful way to preserve memories and mementos from the past. Beautiful and you have kept the integrity of the patterns of the hand work. I love the gentle swirling of your quilting. Not too little , not too much but just right.

What a fabulous idea. And the quilting , well it was just thrilling to see. I love free motion quilting.

These are too beautiful for words. The lady that made these pillowcases was really talented, and the quilting just compliments them. Good job.

What a lovely quilt and beautiful complementary quilting. The pillowcases remind of those my mother made. Unfortunately (fortunately?) we used them a lot, so there aren't any left worth putting into a quilt. But what a great idea!

That is georgeous! And such a clever recycling of the pillowcases. Your quilting sets them off beautifully.
