Pineapple quilt in progress

I have been thinking about doing these pineapple for so long..and not sure about what fabric to use, when I saw these batiks, I knew this was what I wanted..love making these. started out going to make a throw, I think I am going to make it into a queen.

Fabulous! And not at all what I expected to see when I opened this thread to see the pictures (thought I was going to see the traditional LC style pineapple block!).

They're so pretty. You know, sometimes that happens. For me it was that fox pattern by Elizabeth Hartman. I kept making them because they were so cute.
