You make beautiful quilt and your quilting always amaze me. I could stare at them for days. Youand the other members here are my inspirations for wanting to learn other quilting designs besides SID. Thanks for sharing.

The colors are just wonderful, and I love the feathers, the quilting is great. I do a lot of feathers in my hand quilting.

Stunning quilt. Do you know the story behind Pink and Brown quilts? I believe in the 30's or 40's, dresses for women were primarily brown and the daughters pink. Thus many quilts were created from old worn clothing and scraps, creating Mother/Daughter Quilts in those colors. So the story goes... hope I'm repeating a true story.
