Your brother is smiling and do you feel his hug for what you are doing. God bless you, your DSIL and this child. The quilt is special. BrendaK

    Ditto!

So sorry your brother didn't live to see his great grandchild. She will know him through the love that is passed down through the family, by acts of kindness like this quilt from you.

That is precious. Glad you decided to put the pinwheels as the border. They really added to the quilt. Sandy 64

I really enjoy working with picture panels. Your pieced border beats my strips any day! Was it hard to figure the size of the blocks?

The pinwheel boarder is perfect! It brings out the colors in the panels without overwhelming and provides a sense of movement that matches the theme perfectly. Well done!

Very sweet, love the unusual group of animals on the carousel. I pray it will be a great comfort to all and I know this baby will bring such love into the family and fill all your hearts with joy. I'm sorry for all of your losses, what a blessing it would have been for your brother to see this precious baby.

I got word yesterday that the mother of this baby was working (she is a VET) and was hurt by a horse. They think she and the baby will be okay! Please pray for her and the baby!!
