Lovely quilt - and good for you to hand quilt. I, too, wish I had started quilting years and years ago - while I was still working and could afford this hobby so much easier, and younger so I could move heavy quilts around while I quilted them. So much to learn, so many patterns and techniques to try - just don't know if it would have made any difference if we had started years ago - still wouldn't be enough time to do everything we want to do.
