i never heard of a special ruler for prarie points.
the 3D pinwheels is from a tute here on the board and the boot is a coloring book page I found on the net and cut up for an applique pattern, the bag pattern, I forgot the name but it's a Lazy Girl pattern, I've made some smaller ones to sell as purses
