Thank you for all your nice comments. Sorry if my title was misleading about there being a BOM...or PMOM - the "place mat of the month" is something i came up with last month to give to my folks and 2 aunts who live in PA. Each month for the next year i will send them each a place mat for the next month - something related to that month. I sent them each a "place mat of the month club" letter "enrolling" them - the place mats are just something every month to make them all smile and let them know i'm thinking of them.
RE: the patterns..... i get ideas from on line, but just make up the patterns myself.

Thanks for the info.
Great idea and nice way to stay in touch with distant relatives.
You have the pleasure of giving and they get the pleasure of receiving...a win-win.

These are the cutest Thanksgiving placements I've seen. I think you ought make some extra money for yourself and sell these patterns and I will be your first customer!! Not kidding.

I'm with juneayerza! You should sell the patterns and I will be your second customer. Those are so cute as were the October ones.

They certainly made me smile! Especially the cat-urkey ... too cute for words!
