I think they are just fine.. love the color combination.. makes me want to have a cup of tea and use one for cookies and tea! :)

I love making placemats. If your family is anything like mine they won't even notice them, only the plate of food on top. Nice job, great fresh looking colours.

I'm new into quilting and have only made a table runner so far. I want to work on some small projects before I attempt a quilt (but I do have my pattern and fabric for one - couldn't pass up the Quilt of The Month Pattern and fabric at WalMart). I would love to know where to find the pattern for these place mats - I think they look beautiful.

I forgot to say that I am working on a wall hanging. The only project I've finished is the table runner. My wall hanging is almost exactly the same colors as your place mats - colors I love! The wall hanging will be 40" x 40" - I should say it is supposed to be that size.....we'll see.

Your colors are beautiful and they work so well together. On the table no will notice the difference.
