Just made this out of scraps given to me. Those 6 placemats are a present for the 5th wedding anniversary of my son and daughter-in-law. I needed to do something that was a quick job!!! :-D

Don't you just love making something so pretty and useful out of scraps? The decorative stitches really look good, they're going to be very pleased!

those are pretty, I started out making placemats and after about 6 sets of them, my DH said "you could of made a quilt" I put them all together on the bed and he was right. Before that I always thought a quilt would be just too big of a project and I would never finish it. Got 40 quilts under my belt now. I think he wished I would stop now. lol
