    Playing with scraps

Started playing around with some scraps today.
This is what I came up with, each block has (64) 1.5" finished squares. I'm going with the orange sashing.
Not sure how big I'll make this. I'm using (16) 4-patches per block. The second picture is more 4 patches I have started.

Very Nice....You gave me the inspiration I needed to get out all my scraps of mismatched fabrics to make a scrappy quilt.
before seeing you wonderful scrappy ...I was not so sure about using different fabric patterns and colors all together but
now that I have seen your scrappy and how one can mix different all those different fabrics patterns all together and look the nice... i can't wait to get started on making one....thanks so much for sharing...!!!! Good Job. and nice work.!!!

Love scrappy quilts and this one is no exception. I think your choice of orange is a great one. I know not many people are fond of orange but here it just makes everything pop.

Your orange sashing brings the quilt up to date. Love the idea of 4 patch then put them together. Hugs
