This may be difficult for you! You have votes for all of them. No. 1 or 3 seem to flow evenly. 2 & 4 are awkward to me. Love the pattern.

I like the V design in No 2, but No 1 is much easier on my eyes when I look at it. Sorry, but No 2 gave me a quick headache (no joke) and sometimes patterns like that do that to me.

I like #1 best- the others are nice layouts but you loose the illusion of the stairs-which seems like the whole point.
