Thanks everyone! I thought this might be some inspiration. :-)
Chairjogger- I LOVE that fabric!! I have young sons and we check Eric Carle books out of the library all the time. We liked The Very Hungry Caterpillar so much we bought it!
I have seen this fabric at my LQS, but have not bought any. I think they would outgrow it now, so don't want to spend the $$ on one that would only last us another year or so.
Your quilt is adorable! I bet the baby boy and his mom loved it. (The colors in that fabric are so vibrant- even more so in real life.)
