I made this little Needle Wallet from the Nancy Halvorsen - Sew Necessary book. I'm going to use it to take all my little things to my hand quilting group each week.
These are the things I will carry in it.

Small scissors, pliers, Broccoli elastic, bandaids, gum, thimble, safety pin, quilting needles, needle threader, small ruler (if I can find one), a pencil, and a small pad of paper. What else do you bring with you to your hand-quilting group.

When we buy broccoli, there is usually a fat, wide, thick elastic holding the two or three stalks together. I use it to pull a needle through. Sometimes, another quilter doesn't have pliers, and they will borrow my broccoli elastic, then bring one of their own the next week. :D

When going to quilt classes, I always carry a little change just in case there is a soda machine around.

Love the needle wallet.
