love this. great job.
Welcome to the Quilting Board!
love this. great job.
I love how you used the spacers in the border. I think it made it more unique and interesting. Great fix for a tricky situation.
Looks like spring is on its way! You did a great job and love the colors and pattern. :o)
Very pretty. What I like is the originality of the design.
That's a very sweet quilt.Perfect for Spring.
I think you did a great job! But, if you really did do some 'scant' seams, you might want to reinforce them with some 'wiggle in the ditch' quilting for added support.
After just working on my 1st pp blocks I really, really appreciate your work. I adore the blue bird.
Well, you managed it, and quite well, if I may say.
Looks perfect from here. Great job.
Looks really good
A beautiful job!
It looks great. You have done a wonderful job.
WELCOME SPRING! Very nice job.
WELCOME SPRING! Very nice job.
Love your quilt:-)
Your quilt is beautiful. No one will notice the mistakes you think you made.
after it is quilted, who sees the seams. after it is quilted the wrinkles are taken up with the quilter stitches. sometimes the seams coming together don't stick out like a sore thumb. besides, if they start pointing out the mistakes to you, take it back and give it to someone who really care and love your labor of love. You will get to the day it looks great. I don't intend to enter a contest anyway. I just love working in my sewing room and forgetting all the troubles of the world.
Or some Alene's OK to wash it glue! Thanks!Originally Posted by Sue Fors

Beautiful wallhanging!
Love the colors, especially your background.
Your Spring wallhanging is beautiful! What size is it?
25 1/2 x 32". The pattern calls for 9 blocks but you can add others to it. The blocks are supposed to be 6" but mine were 5 1/4 which is why I may have had trouble with the border.Originally Posted by Drew
If I were to do it again I would make the "backgrounds" of each piece bigger to make them 6".
But Oh what fun it was!
