Your quilt is beautiful. No one will notice the mistakes you think you made.

after it is quilted, who sees the seams. after it is quilted the wrinkles are taken up with the quilter stitches. sometimes the seams coming together don't stick out like a sore thumb. besides, if they start pointing out the mistakes to you, take it back and give it to someone who really care and love your labor of love. You will get to the day it looks great. I don't intend to enter a contest anyway. I just love working in my sewing room and forgetting all the troubles of the world.

Or some Alene's OK to wash it glue! Thanks!

Wish I could claim the design is mine, but it came from Regina Grewe:

    Beautiful wallhanging!
Love the colors, especially your background.

25 1/2 x 32". The pattern calls for 9 blocks but you can add others to it. The blocks are supposed to be 6" but mine were 5 1/4 which is why I may have had trouble with the border.
If I were to do it again I would make the "backgrounds" of each piece bigger to make them 6".

But Oh what fun it was!
