PPd Stars -- trapunto -- lots of pics :)

Hi all! I've been super busy thru the winter and haven't been on here much.
Today I finished this gorgeous quilt for a customer -- my last one.
The quilt is 78" x 95". The pattern is a sampler of blocks from the book "50 Fabulous Paper Pieced Stars" by Carol Doaks. I wish the colors had come thru truer....it's absolutely gorgeous!
I used two layers of batting - a warm and natural and a 1/4" poly to get the trapunto look. I also used MetroEmbroidery thread........ But first, I SID the whole quilt with MonoPoly by Superior. (sorry so many pics -- but HAD to show what I could!!!)

    ENJOY!

That's a blue ribbon quilting job for sure! Great quilt and I like the trapunto look of the poly too.

That is just gorgeous. It makes my brain hurt to think about how all that quilting is done. I'm trying just to master a little loop the loop on my potholders! Beautiful work.

Made my eyes pop right out of my head. Left me looking a little silly, but this quilt is gorgeous Piecing is great and quilting really compliments the quilt top. You both did a fantastic job. Color me green (with envy).
