I use thick plastic hexigons to keep the perfect shape for the grandmothers' garden flower. That worked great until I tried to add a binding ! What on earth!! How do you finish a quilt for the Grandmother's flower garden?? The binding really screwed up a cute quilt top !!
Maybe this video by Marci Baker will help you . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lwPe_84GBfY It's for grandmother's flower garden quilt . Excellent ! Annie

I've done pinwheels, using Rhonda's cutdown method, but hadn't seen flying pinwheel...something else to maneuver. Thanks for showing us your 2010 projects. They are all great.

StitchinMamaw, thanks for the YouTube Video. I had seen that somewhere, but forgot to Bookmark it, which I just did this time. Makes it much easier than blanket style bias that rolls.

Love the colors. Had to really look. Couldn't see any errors ??
Hugs. They look great. Keep at it. We all have mistakes.
