I have a Voyager 17 with a Hinter-burg stretch frame. It was 3 years old when I bought it gently used. I love it. My sister-in-law used to do long arming as a business and I asked her about this machine before I bought it. She said they are good machines. I can tell you that the customer service is awesome. I had a problem caused by me and they were great, laughed and talked me through the solution.
