I think it is super special & you done a fantastic job on it. I love the way it is & wouldn't change a thing on it. To me the thicker batting makes the quilting show up better. I love the puffy part of it. It will be treasured for sure.

I think the lack of "popping" color is a plus in this quilt. It makes it such a soft and heirloom type treasure. I think you did a great job.

I absolutely agree with SewExtremeSeams - you made a wonderful memories quilt. The only thing people will see when they hold it is all the memories it holds. Smiles and warm feelings all around. This is why we quilt!

I haven't reached a point where I wouldn't do something different the next time! That shows we're still growing and improving. I think what you've done is wonderful. The wrinkly effect is part of the charm of a homemade quilt.
