I've done micro whirlies in the pinwheel backgrounds in white and the remainder of the quilting is in pink. FMQ done freehand on my Janome 6600. Batting is Quilters Dream Polyselect medium loft, which shows up the quilting nicely.
It measures 40ins by 32ins, and I just have the label to do now, baby's names include that of her Grandma.

Being a grandmother to a little girl is so special and I am so happy that the grandfather wanted a quilt for his little grandchild eviently in memory of a grandmother who would have cherished her. The pinks are so beautiful and the quilting just perfect. So glad you could help this grandfather wrap this child in love from a grandmother she will never have the opportunity to know.
