I love the "Flip Flops" This quilt has so many potential interpretations! What fun. I did find your blog and we are neighbors! I wish I had been with you at the river celebration. Did you just use a regular flip flop for your pattern? How did you attach the straps to the center for between the toes? I love your fabric choices and quilting! Great job. Thanks for sharing. ;-)

I used grosgrain ribbon for the thong. (Is that what you mean?) And there is a button at the fold.
