I also have this Judy Martin book and have done this quilt.
Really like the end results. It does take a lot of scraps!

I love star quilts and you did a great job. I tried a star quilt and should have read directions first. It was called Hexagon Puzzle and it was a puzzle trying to put it together. YOu said yours was easy, I just might try it!
