This is the first star quilt I've made and the first one I'm please with that has come off my Longarm! While I see boo-boos, I'm pleased with it! It's from ALL scraps (except backing). The quilt is 51x68. I chose to not do a border....to let the stars have center stage.

The pattern is called "I Have a Dream" from Judy Martin's book, Cookies 'n' Quilts. Her patterns are so easy to follow!!!

Your scrappy quilt is very well done and your quilting looks great. I like Judy Martins patterns, especially the ones that use the shadows but I have never made one. Thanks for sharing your work.

Love your quilt and very nice quilting! I am working on the same one right now. All in fairly dark colors so will see how it turns out. I am also using all scraps, so far so good.

I have a similar pattern and have been collecting batiks in all colors for it. You did a beautiful job of piecing and quilting. I love the stars quilted into the designs. Totally awesome quilt. Congratulations.
