Look for color catchers in the detergent section of your supermarket...I have found then everywhere!

Yes...that's where I've been looking...I actually wonder if they're even available in Canada because I have *never* seen them.

If it is just a couple of spots and all else fails I would put an applique over it.

I made a paste of oxgy, let it sit for a while.

I had two big rust stains from my iron on my light pink fabric.

It came out fantastic. Couldn't see a thing. Left a white
powder residue, but it just came of with a little water.

There is a spray product called "Resolve" and "Resolve Max" to get stains out. They both work very well, but the "Max" is suppose to work better. Warning though, don't spray the "Max" on and leave it on over night without washing, it washes out all the other colors.

Thanks for all of the ideas, everyone. I had to use what I have on hand, since the baby is sleeping I can't leave the house (and really want this to be fixed by noon so I can bring it to Granny for our lunch date), so I diluted some bleach and used q-tips. It seems to have done the trick - there wasn't a whole lot of it all over, just 5 or 6 spots, and the two I showed pics of were the worst. It's back in the wash now, with a couple of old white sheets - hopefully they will act like a Color Catcher (since I can't find them to save my life), and if there is any left over bleeding, they will get it instead. I'll give it a thorough check before putting it in the dryer again...

I would also use one of those spot sticks and rewash with a color catcher. I wash all my fabric and small quilts with a color catcher. I even give a color catcher when I give someone a quilt. It's just a good insurance against running dyes. I hope you get some good results. It's a very pretty quilt.

IT ALL CAME OUT!!!!!!!!!!

I just took it out of the wash again, and examined every square inch with a flashlight before putting it in to dry. There isn't a SINGLE mark on it! I couldn't even tell where the marks were to begin with.
