I still have to tie and bind but here is the quilt top that I made for my SIL for Christmas that we are having tonight. I had help with this from my quilting mentor Sally(shes not on here).
The bend in it is because my DH is holding it over the ironing board. Honest opinions only please!!

love the colors & I'm sure she will too. If for any reason she is not happy with it, I will gladly take it & love it for the rest of it's life!

Colors are nice together! I think color presentation is a matter of what the user and the quilter really like and not what the world thinks anyway!

I like it a lot...honestly!! :thumbup: One of my very first quilts was a queen sized around the world with all blue/white and yellow/white fabrics for my daughter's bedroom decorated in those colors. She still loves it after 5 years!!

That is the color of our bedroom and to me it looks like teal and a soft peach. Now I know what color I am going to work in my bedroom quilt that I am working on - a peach (because the rest is in teal, dark green and tea dyed muslin). It is absolutely gorgeous and that's the honest truth. Edie
