I hope I don’t mess her up as my appliqué talent is non existent as in I have never done it. First time for everything. Will post a picture when it is done.

That's great. DId you just find a picture of a cow and go from there? I have a Betsie, and while I don't really love her because she is a bit sassy I do still enjoy having her.
