Very pretty. I especially like the blue one. I've only made a wall hanging Lonestar. Took me the longest time to get my head wrapped around how they are made. All the sudden it clicked so I made it before it went out of my head again. LOL.

Love your lone stars. I have a pattern and I'm trying to get motivated (Unafraid?) to start it. Maybe one day soon.

There is a beyond-gorgeous Lone Star in the new issue of Fabric Trends. It is a little different in that it takes the initial 8 diamonds and surrounds them with thin strips like a Log Cabin....It is pictured as a wedding quilt in whites, creams and some brown BUT I'm doing to do it in bright scrappys with some black.

Beautiful! I love the way you framed them with a hexagon. I made a lonestar some time ago and I wondered how you plan to quilt them? I'm still trying to decide what to do with it! Here's a pic of mine:
