Me too. Sorry.

The good news is that whoever wins only has to deal with a fat quarter of this ... stuff. Husband said the airplane might be a spitfire. Spit. Fire. Both sound like good options. If there's a yard's worth, I see a pillow case for an aviation fan. Sorry, folks, but I can see all sorts of things to make from most of your "uglies". |

Not as ugly as last year's Jungle Road Kill and I'm sure the Voo Doo Ladies will beat it out in this years competition (Please don't let me win again!). Here's Horrid Hawaiian for your viewing displeasure! |

Lindy-2, geometry was not one of my favorites subject, and neither is this piece. Nope, not even on clearance.
NorbanaQ, I'm not going to say I like this piece because surprise packages come in the mail. |

So far, IMHO, it's either the "Voodoo ladies" or the "Cannibal Skulls." I think they'd be in the burn barrel or make them into cat/dog beds and donate to the local animal shelter. I've done that with some of my uglies.

no, no, every piece of fabric has its calling. NO BURN BARRELS! trying to picture what to do with lime green elvis. I'd be scared to make boxer shorts. Might render a guy sterile. |

Here's Horrid Hawaiian for your viewing displeasure! Been cogitating on this piece of fabric. I make backpack purses. I'm specially fond of fabrics with stamps on them. Use black for a contrast color. |
Ok Grannie Im curious. What pray tell would you use my man in the trees fabric for? Have I possible missed its calling, other than to star at it and see what I can see?

I'll have to go find it! Not the pin-up-guys? |

I bought this because A. It was on clearance B. it was Green C. if you squint you can see a man in the trees, no squint, really really squint. You can see him I swear! The camera was flattering, it really is a peasoup green. Okay, found your print, Clover. If enough the top of a summer house dress or maybe a cotton nightgown. If I'd not put them away for the winter, I'd show you a couple of the nightgowns/summer dresses I made. My aunts in law were a bit flashy when it came to fabric. Not in life at all-------but they never shyed away from a bright print. |
Nothing like waiting til the last few days before you pull out the Cannibal Eating Skulls fabric out at us. I sure wouldn't have wanted to see this fabric for very long. We've definitely got some UGLY's in this years competition.
