3 Dudes Jelly Roll Quilt finished
 

My husband bought me this batik jelly roll for Mothers Day . I used some of the strips in my Grandmothers Flower garden quilt ( My someday I will get it done project) and the rest in this lap quilt.

It will be a Christmas gift for my stepdaughter.

Your quilt is really pretty. I made a couple of the three dudes quilts and all I can say is.... what a pain! You really don't realize how much work they are until you start sewing the blocks together. However, the outcome is fabulous! Great job judy5cents!

Thanks for the lovely comments. I found this quilt quite easy to make and will likely use this method again. I would have never been able to put all of the colors together myself so was happy that the jelly roll made me brave enough to throw caution to the wind and let the colors fall where they wanted to. My stepdaughter has black leather furniture so this should give a pop of color to her living room.
