6 Attachment(s)
On Nov 7th, I posted 2 pictures of the 12 quilts, I'm makeing for my grd kids, and 2 for my great grdson twin boys, Cameron & Carson. Today is Nov 25th. 3 more quilts, I finished this morning are done. Now, I have to get the backings and binding's done. That will be done with in the next 2-3 days, also. I will be makeing 2 sets of 24 blocks for my long arm lady friend starting Monday.. She does my long arm machine quilting for me. Will post more pictures of my up comming quilts later on(down the road). I'm figuring 5 down. I have 2 quilts, already at my long arm lady friend now. They will go to my 2 grdaughters out east, roughly by Christmas. So far 7. My grt grdsons, I'll get them done in a day or so. They wont be 24 blocks. Maybe 9-12. I'll sign off. Take care everyone, & have a nice Thanksgiving, & a Merry Christmas. Wow! You must spend every day, all day at your machine. I admire you. Those are great and all will be enjoyed and loved.

They are TERRIFIC Don. If my grandfather had made me a quilt, I would have treasured it. I have a quilt that my Great Great Aunt pieced and my Great Aunt quilting bee hand quilted it for me. Hope you are able to reach your deadline.

MarLeClair 11-25-2015 09:43 AM

You did a super great job there and on three quilts. I am sure those kids will be so excited to each get their own. Try to make sure to get a picture with each one holding on to their quilt. We would like to see the pictures also. Have a great day and don't forget to take a break now and then.
