3 Pillows
 

Here are 3 pillows that I completed for the fair. The upper left was made from an unfinished drindl skirt I found at an estate sale. Note the covered buttons. It was entered in the recycled category.

Concerning the one on the upper right: never say to someone, "I like your shirt. I could make something from it when you don't want it anymore." What happened is that the next week the man gave it to me. I thought I could make a lap robe from it, but the man is skinny, and I just couldn't get enough fabric from it. I think it worked up fine for a pillow, and I gave it to him. His hobby is classic cars.

The bottom one is simply pieced from small squares. I saw the kit picture in a magazine a while back.

Great pillows you did an excellent job. I love to recycle things myself, my favorite has to be the one made from the unfinished skirt..
