not if it's sewd together good... I have made many quilts this way and so far so good..... I always wash my quilts as soon as I'm done with them just to make sure they do hold..... but even if they pull apart in some places????? it just shows a little life..... ;-)

Neat idea! for a lite weight throw and no batting expense! These would be nice for nursing home patients, too. They often like a little blanket over their laps all year round.

And I did tie it together..... ;-) that's what I meant when I said i tacked it together....another way of saying "tied".....
