Too cold to go out today. I'm teaching a gal at the senior home how to quilt. I mentioned a 9-patch which made me think to do this today. It's about 45x54.

Very pretty. While I love making complicated quilts I always admire a simple pattern. Fabric choices are very pretty

I really love your nine patch. It is simple to do for some of my charity quilts. Did you sew strips together? How wide are the strips, about 2 1/2 inches??

Very pretty....I never remember 9-patches when working on donation quilts or scrap busters. I will now...thanks for sharing....

no, i didn't use strips... i cut down some donation squares that were cut all wrong... a smidge over 3.5 inches
