I finished my quilt for the Alzheimer's Art Quilt Initiative. I'm calling it Abe's Kittens because I found the original drawing on a greeting card. There was an inscription that was a quote from Abraham Lincoln that said, "No matter how much cats fight there always seem to be plenty of kittens." Maren Schaffner, a German artist, was kind enough to give her permission to use the drawing, and she specifically asked me to give her credit in this form:
