And here's why - The quilt is great as it is, but look how the light border just disappears, even against the wall. It fades out. Use the dark border. It will set off the final border better so it does not look sort of undone. The quilt is beautiful and your colors are great. Congrats.

I like it the way that it is with the keyboard border. Maybe do the binding in the dark blue??????

Well good luck with this choice. I love what you ahve done with this quilt so far. I too think a darker red boarder/binding would be great but really it will just depend on what idea you best like. Please post what you did in the end - I would love to see it.

I think a great finish would be a black border, bind in red.
It would make it an art piece and frame it nicely. |
