I finished up my D9P scarppy quilt for my mom's dog, Cyndi Lou, last night. This makes my first 100% finished quilt (I am still hand quilting my monster quilt for my bed, but I have a feeling that's going to take me a while yet!) I think she likes it, she snuggled right in after I finished it! My other dogs have been enjoying it as well....its a good things I picked up some more discount FQ's this weekend so I can get started on their quilts!!

That is a pretty quilt. I make my daughters dog
blankets and beds, but now I think I will make him a quilt too (some day). Thank you for sharing this. |

Cute doggie quilts. I made a quilt for my little puppy as well. I put a flannel back on it for thos cold winter nights on the kitchen floor.

Nice doggie quilt! When I saw the picture of the dog, I gasped. It looked so much like the one I lost several years ago. He was a cocker spaniel/English setter mix. He loved quilts, also. Now you need to make your dogs their own quilts. Winter is coming sooner than we want!

Cute! Dogs are the most appreciative quilt recipients aren't they? My little Dougal has his very own log cabin - should that be 'dog cabin'? :mrgreen: And we're getting a new puppy soon so I guess I should start making one for him. :D
