***UPDATE: If you make this quilt, please note that you'll be sewing 'on' the drawn line when you add the 2.5" squares to the block's corners and sewing 1/4" away from the drawn line then cutting between the 2 seams. This is Step 5 in my instructions.****

I made 2 samples for you in trying to figure out what I had done wrong about the blades and it all came from whether I turned the blocks to spin right or left. It's a matter of 'which end you of the block you grab' when joining qtr. sections! They will work from either end as you can see in my samples I did with the blocks.

I apologize for my mistake in Step 5. I reread the tut twice and didn't find any mistakes I thought. So on the 2.5" squares also, you will need to draw lines down the backs of BOTH lights and darks whereas I mentioned lights only.
