I was hoping to start collecting fabric for this project....it is so beautiful that I just HAVE TO give it a try. Could you give us some idea of fabric requirements? I want to be ready when the directions are out.

it is called Chrysalis Log Cabin Variatinon III by Maria Snyder and is on of the 100 top quilts of the 20th century
