I tried several things for the road. I finally decided to use a big piece of felt the size of the inside. 12x22. I fused wonder under on the back of the felt. I drew the roadway on the fusible web paper side. Drawing the road way sure didn't happen on the first try. I just played with it until it looked ok. Then I cut it out and fused it down. I then zig zaged the road down. I also used a white stitch zig zag for the center of the road.
Since the tote had to be in the mail this morning, there was a little pressure to get it down. (Yep, nothing like a little pressure to stir the creative juices).
I sure appreciate all the supportive and positive comments. Thank you everyone.
