I love antique things, and this quilt is done so beautifully. I just love it. I assume you are the one who has inherited it!! Just beautiful. Keep it safe, alot of love went into it.

That's gorgeous both the quilt and the quilting. :)

The quilt was made for my by my grandmother as I was the first grandchild on that side of the family. There are 5 of us and we were all baptised in it as well as my neices & nephews. I have it and will pass it on to my son when he has children. I had my grandmother make me another one that is green/yellow as well to pass down with my son.

What beautiful stirching....I can not get the hang of hand stitching.Know you are proud to own this one.
