This quilt was easy and used up a lot of scarps. It is called Hanky Panky.

I like it...and it is a great way to use scraps.

All handpieced? My hero....I wouldn't have the patience. It turned out beautifully. Thanks for the name of the pattern too. I'll have to put it in my "to do" list.

Very nice. It looks so well planned! Did you use the "close your eyes" and pick a fabric method? I really want to do a scrappy quilt but would have so much trouble putting the fabrics together. Great job, beautiful quilt!

I learned to quilt using hand piecing but I now only hand piece minis.

It's gorgeous! I am so envious of people who can pull of scrappy quilts. I have no color sense, so you would think it would be easy...but holy geez...I can't match two colors to save my life!

I really like your quilt that you posted in the first post. I was wondering if you know the name of the quilt that is your little avatar picture. My guild made one a long time ago and we sold chances for it at our first quilt show. No one seemed to know the name exactly, but someone said it was Moes Star.

It took about a week to piece the blocks together watching TV in the evenings. The blocks took longer about a month. There were 48 blocks.

It's pretty. You must have a lot of patience to hand-piece. I like hand quilting but I don't think I'd like to piece by hand.

I like the 'Hanky Panky pattern ...it's on my to-try list.
