That is lovely. More power to you for using your sick time to think of those in your family who need you. None of us can plan out lives for the next generations, but it is truly heartbreaking when they go off the track, and wonderful of you to have a big enough heart to encompass it all. The quilt is lovely and who would ever think badly of a young woman who is now raising 2 daughters and going to school to be a nurse? Kudos to her!!! Am happy you got to meet your GD and hope you share in her growing up. Take care of yourself and go s-l-o-w. Recovery takes awhile (but, you already know that).
