Your quilting looks great!!
Beautiful quilt |
You have made a rather ordinary quilt look stunning. Wonderful work.

beautiful quilt and great quilting. It makes me think of spring and I am very ready for it.
|
Pam, that looks wonderful! I think you are certainly getting the "hang" of that ruler. I don't have a LA or even know much about them, but it appears that you will be doing your "good" quilts in no time at all.
|
You are really getting close to being professional Pam. It looks professional! You do good work. I love to look at your quilts. I was wondering the same thing about did you have to break your thread each time. You did very good. See, we couldn't even tell, and especially having to use a regular ruler. Good Job!

That is going to be gorgeous!!

Practice is helping and I think each row is getting better. I ordered a cross hatching ruler for long arm, the extension table for the machine, and other items. Maybe with the right tools I can do a better job.
|
Put cross hatch in the search above and couldn't find anything. Can you explain how you do that....It is so neat looking.

Here's a video at Long Arm University.
http://www.longarmuniversity.com/Boo...g_tutorial.htm I am just using a regular ruler (I ordered that one) and using the ruler to make straight lines from corner to corner, from corner to seam, corner to corner, etc. Do it one way then come back and do it the other way. Just have to remember to place the ruler 1/4" away from the corner that you want to hit because of the width of the foot. |
