I'm using some scraps still and just finished another top, I have not put a border on yet and maybe you can suggest some colors for me please? I made the quilt label with a "flower power vw beetle" Hope you like it

Red, to go with the bug.

Kitsie 04-28-2011 10:54 AM

It's wonderful! Is there something in the room that you could match with a border color? Or how about a pieced border?

wolph33 04-28-2011 10:57 AM

great quilt.red would make it pop.any bright or dark color will work

Claddaughquilting 04-28-2011 11:02 AM

Love the quilt! Any border will look great!

Jammin' Jane 04-28-2011 11:04 AM

I don't think it needs a border! It looks great the way it is! Maybe red or green binding would like nice!

belmer 04-28-2011 11:05 AM

This is so neat... I love the little VW in the block.

Quilting at it's best. Use what you have, and make it beautiful!

Grambi 04-28-2011 11:17 AM

I think that red would look great. I used to know a couple named Rick and Val in San Antonio. Same couple???

amyjo 04-28-2011 11:22 AM

lovely. A red or dark blue binding.
