Just finished a shop sample..It's a Doug Leko pattern called Memory Lane and it's in his latest book called "Through the Winter Woods". When Lyle saw this finished he put his name on it...so when the display comes down it will be his....

I love that the blocks are so random. I have tried patterns like this and cannot for the world of me not organize the colors to be in the same places all the time.

That is absolutely one of the most beautiful quilts I have seen. could it be that those are the fabric color and prints that I always lean toward? trying to get my mind around one to use yellows whites and black fabrics i purchased. this just got my heart pounding this morning and my hubby thought it was his coffee!!!
