I was really burnt out on all the little details of this quilt! I got the top off ebay and spent a few months quilting it. I didn't know who it was going to, until I found out my sister was getting married. They didn't have a "wedding", so I didn't stress about getting it done by a certain date. I have decided to give it to them for Christmas.
I love the way the back looks, and it has inspired a whole-cloth in my future! |

What a nice quilt! I love appliqued quilts, but I love them when someone else does them!!! I don't believe I have the patience. But you obviously do, and I think your sister and her new husband will just love this quilt. Congratulations on a job well done!

Any history come with the quilt top? Your quilting sets it off perfectly, but I always wonder when such amazing work is sold unfinished.
